What to Expect

Estimated time required: 30-60 minutes

To install the Dropbox Sign for Greenhouse Connector, configurations are required in both Greenhouse and Dropbox Sign. The following is an overview of the setup process described in this guide:

Configure Dropbox Sign (10 minutes)​

  • Create Client App
  • Create OAuth Secret (when using a user plan)
  • Create API Key (when using an API plan)

Configure Greenhouse (20 minutes)​

  • Create Harvest API Key
  • Create Service Account User
  • Create Webhook
  • Create Custom Offer Fields
  • Trigger An Offer Update

Update Offer Documents (20+ minutes)​

  • Add Dropbox Sign Text Tags (e-Signature placeholder) to your Offer Documents and Attachments
  • Optionally use Dropbox Sign Templates when sending requests

NOTE

You will be asked to save pieces of information along the way, which will be used in one of the steps:

  • Greenhouse Harvest API Key
  • Greenhouse Service User ID
  • Greenhouse Webhook Secret Key
  • Dropbox Sign Client ID
  • Dropbox Sign OAuth Secret (when using a user plan)
  • Dropbox Sign API Key (when using an API plan)
